Richard has over 25 years experience in various buisness and finance roles in large to medium multinational corporations. During this time he has worked across many sectors including printing and publishing. He has served on a number of Boards and is currently General Manager Finance & Commercial Retail at Linfox. Richard is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the Institute of Company Directors.
Thomas Barry

Tom is a barrister who works with publicly listed corporations, government and private clients. Tom has conducted trials and appeals in Federal and Supreme Courts, acted in government inquiries and provided advice on major transactions from end to end.

Priya Pavri

Priya is a human rights lawyer, strategist, and arts leader with a diverse background spanning law, community arts and international humanitarian work. She works at Q+Law, a specialist legal service for LGBTQIA+SB people in Victoria and prior to that worked in the Human Rights Team at the Attorney-General’s Department, focusing on major reform initiatives. Priya has held leadership roles in organisations such as Arts Gen, Next Wave, and Road to Refuge, and has managed humanitarian missions in Iraq. She brings deep expertise in social justice, community engagement, policy, and creative practice.
Alice Glenn (Vice Chair)

Alice Glenn has worked across the education, arts, and the not-for-profit sectors, and has spent her career building communities through collaborative, inclusive and engaging event programming. A celebrated community builder, Alice is the founder of the No Lights No Lycra dance phenomenon and Schoolhouse Studios, which have both generated collaborations with hundreds of artists and thousands of participants. She has partnered with the public and private sector to manage large and small projects that have cultivated long-lasting communities. Alice was voted by The Age (Melbourne) Magazine as one of Melbourne’s top 100 most influential people of 2012 for the success of this program in Melbourne and possesses a robust history of managerial experience, working with children and volunteer work. Alice worked with Kids’ Own Publishing as Director of Partnerships and Business Development through 2024 and 2025 and was the driving force behind the Kids’ Own Publishing 20th birthday celebrations ’20 Years of Sticking Together’.
