This is a book about coming together to celebrate the magic all around us.
Look! Magic is all around was written and illustrated by children and families of Good
Samaritan Primary School and Roxburgh Park Community Hub Playgroup. The book project
took place at the same time that the young authors were learning about dinosaurs. Look!
Magic is all around is not just about dinosaurs, however. It’s about the magic we make at
parties, rivers, parks, church, and at home.
The book-making workshops were facilitated by artists Ana Rita Pires and Maria Nizami.
Illustrated with line drawings and collage, with a beautiful pastel colour
palette, Look! Magic is all around is the perfect book for storytime.
